Our anodizing tanks allow us to process a large number of small parts, which require different colors, as well as large parts.
- Line 1: Anodizing line with three Type II anodizing baths (60" x 96" x 48"), which allow us to process large parts.
- Line 2: Acid zinc line with 4 tanks of 24" x 192" x 72" (Width x Length x Height).
- Line 3: Acid zinc barrel line with 7 stations. Barrel capacity 50 Kgs.
- Line 4: Tin Plating Line (Rack and Barrel) with tanks 24" x 24" x 48" (Width x Length x Height).
- Line 5: Copper plating over teflon (PTFE) with tanks 24" x 32" x 48" (Width x Length x Height).
- A Semi-Automatic type II Anodizing line with 2 tanks of 28" x 96" x 48" (Width x Length x Height), that allows us to process large parts.
- A manual Chem film (Alodine) line with 24" x 32" x 48" tanks (Width x Length x Height).
- A manual electroless nickel line with 24" x 32" x 48" tanks (Width x Length x Height)
- A manual Hard Chrome line.
As an added value, we have people with experience in the manufacturing of racks, in order to maximize the amount of parts processed per run.
Laboratory
We have a specialized laboratory to achieve the highest standards of quality and safety. Using True Chem chemical analysis software we achieve consistency in our plating baths. We also have a salt spray chamber to evaluate the corrosion resistance of our processes and an XRF equipment to analize coating thickness.
Wastewater treatment plant
We are committed on meeting all environmental requirements , that is why we have installed a modern and functional wastewater treatment plant.
